3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

3.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or the seal has been broken (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Products that have been partially consumed
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Note: Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken.
